No. You log sets in the Gym Plus app during your workout. Your assistant reads what you logged and works on your plans.
Your logged workouts, records, activity summary and plans — only for the account you connected. It can't see other people's data or anything outside Gym Plus.
It can move one of your plans to trash, which takes it off your list — that tool is flagged as destructive, so your assistant's app can ask you first. It can't delete workouts you logged, touch your records, or change your account.
Yes. Gym Plus and the connection are free. Your Claude or ChatGPT subscription, if you have one, is separate.
