Open gym.plus on your phone at the gym or your laptop at home, sign in, and log every set — no app store, no download, no storage used. Gym Plus is free, builds a plan for your goals in about 30 seconds, and brings your history over from Strong or Hevy.
It's a website: open it and train. There's no store listing to find, no storage to free up, and updates arrive the next time you load the page.
Log sets on your phone between them, plan next week on a laptop at home. One account, one history, on whatever is in front of you.
Chromebooks, work computers, a borrowed tablet — anything with a modern browser runs it, including devices that can't install apps.
Download your full history as CSV, JSON or Markdown whenever you like. Your training log is yours to keep.
Gym Plus can sit on your home screen and open full screen like an app — still without an app store:
Export your history from your current app, then open Settings → Your data and choose the file. Gym Plus reads Strong and Hevy exports, spreadsheets (CSV), JSON, Markdown notes and PDFs. It matches every exercise to its library and shows exactly what would be added before anything is saved — nothing lands in your account until you confirm.
Leaving later is just as easy: the same page downloads your whole history as CSV, JSON or Markdown.
