Terms of Service

You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by AI assistants you connect to it.

You can stop using Gym Plus at any time. To delete your account and its data, follow the steps in the Privacy Policy.

Gym Plus gives general fitness information. It is not medical advice, and it is no substitute for a doctor or a qualified coach who knows your situation.

Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You choose which exercises, weights and volumes to perform, and you train at your own risk.

Workout plans, edits and suggestions from the AI coach are produced by large language models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for you, so review a plan before you follow it and adjust anything that doesn't fit your body, experience or equipment.

You can connect assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT to your account. When you do, you authorize that assistant to read your workout data and to create, edit, and move to trash workout plans on your behalf, within the access shown when you connect. The assistant's own terms and privacy policy govern what happens on its side.

You can disconnect any assistant at any time in Settings → AI Coach.

The workout plans, logs and notes you create are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them so we can run Gym Plus for you — including sending the relevant parts to AI providers when you ask for a plan to be generated or revised, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't sell your content.

You can export your training history at any time from your account's data page.

Please don't:

• Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights while using Gym Plus.
• Try to access another person's account or data, or get around rate limits, access controls or other protections.
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, or use automated access other than the assistant connections we support.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.

Gym Plus is free to use today. If we add paid features, they will be clearly marked, and you won't be charged for anything unless you agree to it first.

We're actively building Gym Plus, so features may change, be added, or be removed. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Gym Plus is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exercise information and AI-generated content will be accurate or right for you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of data, or for injuries that result from exercise you choose to do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

We'll update this page when these terms change and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted on this page. If you keep using Gym Plus after a change, the updated terms apply.
