Overhead Tricep Extension

Stretch and strengthen your triceps with this overhead move.

The overhead tricep extension is an excellent isolation exercise for targeting the triceps, helping build strength and muscle definition.

How to do:

1. Stand or sit with your back straight, holding a dumbbell with both hands. 2. Lift the dumbbell overhead until your arms are fully extended. 3. Slowly bend your elbows, lowering the dumbbell behind your head. 4. Extend your arms back to the starting position. 5. Repeat for 10–12 reps. 6. Complete 3-4 sets.

Tips:

- Keep your elbows close to your head throughout the movement. - Avoid arching your back; engage your core for stability. - Use a moderate weight to maintain control. - Exhale as you extend your arms and inhale as you lower.
