How to do:

1. Sit on the leg press machine and place your feet at the bottom edge of the platform with your toes pointing forward. 2. Keep your legs straight but not locked. 3. Push through the balls of your feet, raising your heels as high as possible. 4. Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your calf muscles. 5. Slowly lower your heels back down without letting the weight rest fully. 6. Repeat for 15-20 reps per set. 7. Perform 3-4 sets total.

Tips:

- Avoid locking your knees during the exercise. - Use a slow and controlled motion. - Focus on pushing through the balls of your feet. - Adjust the weight to a manageable level to avoid injury.
