Grip Strengthener

Grip strengtheners are excellent for building hand and forearm strength, improving grip endurance, and aiding in various sports and strength activities.
How to do:
1. Hold a grip strengthener in one hand with your palm facing inward. 2. Squeeze the grip as hard as you can, bringing the handles together. 3. Hold the squeeze for 1-2 seconds, then slowly release. 4. Repeat for 12–15 reps per hand. 5. Perform 3-4 sets with each hand.Tips:
